Alicia studied law at the universities of Oviedo (Spain) and Pisa (Italy). Qualified as Spanish lawyer (“Abogada”) in 2015, she was admitted to the Bar Association of Hamburg being recognized as European lawyer. In the same year, she successfully completed a specialization course on mechanics of loan documentation promoted by the International Faculty of Finance in partnership with Middlesex University (UK). She spent three years working in a specialized shipping law firm in Hamburg before joining Ince & Co. in 2017.

Alicia´s main practise is focused on all aspects of non-contentious matters in relation to sale and purchase transactions, registration of ships including bareboat charter extensions and outflagging and the incorporation of shipping companies.

>  Drafting of sale/purchase agreements, including all documentation that is required in such transactions, for several shipowners;


>  Advising shipping companies about the most convenient flags for the registration of ships.
