Dr. Christopher Quandt specialises in all aspects of corporate law, with extensive experience in domestic and cross-border private mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, corporate set-ups, general corporate matters as well as corporate restructurings.

He advises both domestic and foreign clients, in particular from the maritime, financial services and insurance sectors.

In addition, Christopher provides non-contentious corporate advice for insurance companies and underwriters, in particular in relation to transactional (mergers and acquisitions, restructurings) and management liability insurance policies.

Before joining Ince & Co in 2010, Christopher worked as a German Rechtsanwalt for Latham & Watkins LLP for almost six years where he focused on corporate and transactional law, with a particular emphasis on private mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.

Christopher qualified as a German Rechtsanwalt in 2005 after studying law in Hamburg. In addition, he obtained his LL.M. degree from University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2001 and his doctorate from Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg in 2004, both of his respective theses dealing with matters of international corporate law.
