Cynthia completed her first degree in Beijing, China and subsequently qualified as a lawyer in P.R. China. After moving to England, she qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2016, having trained at Zhong Lun Law Firm (London). Before joining Gordon Dadds, Cynthia worked as a property lawyer at Hill & Abbott.
Cynthia specialises in non-contentious property transactions and has considerable experience working with Chinese and other overseas investors on issues such as the acquisition of new build residential development properties, mixed use schemes, grant of new leases, assignments and variations. Cynthia has extensive connections across the Chinese business community within the UK and China.
