Gareth qualified as a solicitor in 2006, and after seven years at Jeffrey Green Russell, joined the firm in October 2015.  

Gareth has extensive expertise in advising on contractual disputes large and small, principally on failed projects, including in the field of software, technology licensing and construction. 70% of Gareth’s work comprises commercial litigation, 10% arbitration, 10% mediation, and 10% insolvency.

Gareth previously worked in the international arbitration team at the London office of a leading US law firm.
