Gareth has extensive expertise in advising on contractual disputes large and small, principally on failed projects, including in the field of software, technology licensing and construction. 70% of Gareth’s work comprises commercial litigation, 10% arbitration, 10% mediation, and 10% insolvency.

Gareth previously worked in the international arbitration team at the London office of a leading US law firm.
