George qualified as a solicitor 33 years ago and started his career specialising in insurance litigation. He founded and ran his own firm for over 20 years whilst practising as a litigator with an emphasis on intellectual property and large contentious commercial matters. George has handled large litigation matters involving foreign jurisdiction judgments and their enforcement, defamation cases and various property related disputes. 

Following the sale of his practice in 2008 he was a consultant for 6 years involved in commercial property transactions and various disputes which required my input as a strategist. George was recently part of the team that acted against a high street bank in one of the biggest miss-sold interest rate swap claims. He has also represented professional footballers with contract matters.

George’s commercial understanding and focus on getting the deal done is appreciated by his clients, who are often wealthy business owners.
