He has over 30 years’ experience within the industry and specialises in debt recovery for a number of corporate clients with particular emphasis on insolvency such as winding up proceedings against companies and bankruptcy proceedings against sole traders and guarantors.

Kevin acts for credit card companies and financial institutions in the enforcement of debts regulated under the Consumer Credit Act and represents banks in the enforcement of their rights under Receivables Finance Agreements against companies and individuals under guarantees and indemnities.

He also deals with High Court and County Court claims of both a contentious and non contentious nature with a view to obtaining and enforcing judgment.
