"Martin’s unfailing pragmatism and good advice was based clearly upon experience and expert knowledge; has delivered for our company the clean result we had hoped for in a very timely manner. When a failing in process or poor advice could endanger the desired outcome, the type and style of advice from Martin has never disappointed. His openness and availability, even on Christmas Eve, never wavered." - Director of a professional services consultancy

"Martin's advice was expert and patient. He was sensitive to our lack of experience in creating employee contracts and was completely aware of all of the potential pitfalls that we needed to guard against as a business. He worked with us to produce a contract that suited our individual needs and satisfied all legal criteria. A process that I had personally been dreading was made mercifully painless and straightforward. I found Martin to be readily available and always willing to discuss any concerns that I may have had." - Managing Director of a creative agency
