Acting for commodity trading companies, Paul advises on all aspects of the sale and transportation of soft commodities, crude oil, refined products and gas and has dealt with numerous trade disputes ranging from contamination, shortage and late delivery claims to hedging issues. His expertise extends to trade arbitrations, including GAFTA and FOSFA.
